The course covers all aspects of financial irregularities including :

1.Unenforceability of consumer loan agreements.

2.How to reclaim Payment Protection insurance premiums.

3. When and how to claim undisclosed broker commissions.

We,separately, offer advice to Claims Management Companies and other Law Practices on the appropriate legal and procedural ways to organise and process claims and also have ATE cover available for cost bearing cases on a fully deferred premium basis.

APPRAISAL SERVICE

1. We are doing a low cost service for the appraisal of cases which covers not only unenforceabilty issues , but also considers the PPI and undisclosed commission aspects of each case. This allows the CMC and Law Practice to proceed to initiate the claim promptly.

2. All cases handled in accordance with our operating procedures should be concluded within 9 months(subject to costs negotiating time) .

3.We advise on the problems for CMCs in obtaining payment of contingency fees on settlement, where the account is credited, and the client has no cash to pay such fees.
